This fruity 2008 Recioto di Soave features a fresh nose of tropical fruits, nuts and pineapple, finishing with a hint of fruit peel. The Pieropan family has been producing wines in Soave since the 1860s. Infact, they were the very first producer to bottle a wine with the name Soave on the label. The grapes are grown in the vineyard of 'La Rocca', which takes its name from the adjacent medieval castle and fortress dominating the town of Soave.
