Just like its parent line, ‘S Max Mara likes to fill its collections with Italian tailoring and clean cuts. An example? The Totem trousers. Whipped up from a cotton-rich fabric imbued with stretch and shaped to a regular fit, they’re cut to a mid-rise silhouette that falls into a pair of straight legs. They’re then signed off with stitched centre seams, making them as suitable for brunch as they are for the office.
