Seggiano's Sunflower honey, from the farmed lowlands, has a granular texture and refreshing citrus taste. This high summer honey comes from the sunflower fields of the Lake Bolsena valley and the banks of the Tiber in Umbria. The vibrant opaque golden yellow sunflower honey sets soon after it is removed from the comb. Made up of unusually large sugar crystals, it has a thick texture, melts in the mouth and gives the palate a refreshing sensation suggestive of lemon.
