Infused with 28 beneficial ingredients, Hourglass’ Nº 28™ Primer Serum helps to nourish and prepare your skin for a flawless make-up application. Enriched with 14 essential oils, 10 lipid-rich plant oils and 4 nourishing vitamins, this silky, lightweight oil blend glides on, absorbs to prime the skin and hydrates the complexion. What’s more, it can also be used as a serum at night, or on hair to seal split ends.
