The latest addition to Bollinger's unique vision of Pinot Noir champagne? Allow us to introduce you to the PN TX17. Created with grapes harvested in 2017 from vineyards in Tauxières, Avenay, and Verzenay, it fills the nose with aromas of fresh, exotic fruits and zesty citrus, complemented by rich tobacco and spicy gingerbread – and that's before you've even taken a sip. We’d recommend pairing with anything from charcuterie to cheeseboards.
