If we told you that this delicious tipple came from the site of a dilapidated old Victorian cattle farm, you may not believe us. But after the launch of The One in 2013, this was to be the new home for The Lakes Distillery. Made using malt and grain whiskies from England and Scotland, it’s a flavoursome mix of honey roasted nuts, spice, dried fruit and wood smoke, with a long warm finish. It’s the taste of the British Isles, bottled.
