Who said that occasionwear needs to be covered in frills and sequins to mark a special event? Definitely not Whistles, favouring clean lines and simple silhouettes as seen on its Molly dress. Cut to a longline shape, the fitted maxi is treated to a fishtail hem which further elongates the form, as does the high empire waist. Adorned only with floaty short sleeves and a button-through front with fabric-covered buttons, it will make no less of an impact, nevertheless.
