Who better to take on the season’s noughties revival than Alexander Wang? The New York designer burst onto the fashion scene in 2007 when low-rise jeans, tube tops and mini bags were at their peak; one look at this denim skirt, and we’re transported right back. It’s shaped with an asymmetric waistband that reveals a playful hint of lingerie beneath, with a slim brief strap and embellished logo at the hip. Thought visible underwear was a thing of the past?
