From one of the most famous wine producers of Bordeaux (and producers of Bordeaux wine) comes its 2009 vintage Les Forts de Latour. The blend stars a robust composition of grape varieties, which lend themselves to the dark fruit aromas that linger throughout, accompanied by graphite and cedar. The palette is refined and subtle but maintains the juicy fruit theme with liquorice and smoky notes making this one perfect for pairing with red meats or red berry desserts.
