Grown over 10.5 hectares, the Koehler-Ruprecht estate is located in the German region of Pfal. Filled with Reisling grapes planted in limestone soils, this 2018 Kabinett Trocken is fermented in large, old German oak barrels before adding a touch of sulfur before bottling. Oh, and when it comes to enjoying a glass, we recommend you pair yours with fresh seafood, white meats and crunchy greens.
