It’s hard to believe that grappa was once a poor Italian man's drink, especially when you taste Capovilla’s blend. Produced the traditional way in Veneto, it captures every drop of fermentable sugar left in the precious grapes after winemaking. Quite literally approved with a wax seal on the hand-labelled bottle, this particular Brunello variety is intense in flavour, filled with mineral and fruity notes to delight wine connoisseurs and novices alike.
