Born in what could be considered the birthplace of charcuterie, Gianni Negrini began in 1955 in Renazzo di Cento, Ferrara. Over half a century later, the Italian producer whisked to our shores by La Credenza is still the place to go for melt-in-your mouth meaty delights primed for your Aperitivo hours. Staying true to tradition, it whips up this Salame Al Finocchio from pork blended with a sprinkling of salt, spices, and fennel seeds.
