Every rum produced by Plantation pays homage to its namesake Caribbean country. Blended from spirits sourced from the producer’s Long Pond and Clarendon distilleries, the Jamaican Vintage Edition rum swirls with notes of bittersweet chocolate, Turkish delight and rose on the nose and transitions through fruity fresh banana to a hint of melted butter on your palate – we have the years of maturing first in bourbon and then Ferrand Cognac casks to thank for that.
