When Christmas finally arrives, we like to indulge in every treat we can get our hands on. Fresh from Verona, Italy for Selfridges Selection, this panettone is made with the finest ingredients by the Perbellini family. This traditional recipe gets its festive flavour from free-range eggs, Madagascan bourbon vanilla beans and raisins soaked in the namesake’s Moscato d’Asti wine. Though its airy, soft texture is delicious straight from the box, we like it toasted and slathered in butter.
