According to Balenciaga’s AW21 campaign Afterworld: The Age of Tomorrow, a dystopian vision of the future ten years from now, Demna Gvasalia will still be advocating for two of the Parisian label’s most iconic signatures: oversized cuts and logos aplenty. Demonstrating both, this jacket is cut from cotton-jersey to a generously proportioned hooded bomber silhouette. As for the branding, it’s more modest than usual, with just two diminutive B’s embroidered at the chest.
