It was in 2015 that Kevin Germanier's magpie eye for all that glitters was first sparked, stumbling upon thousands of beads filtered into a Hong Kong landfill. He brought all 93 bags for $10. The result? A sherbet-shaded line-up of micro skirts and catsuits scattered in a mosaic of the glass spheres, much like this mini dress. Spun from swathes of sensually sheer recycled polyester, this twinkling style is stitched with pools of sequins spilling across the high neck and along the straight hem.
