Partnering with the award-winning textile artist, the American brand launches a limited-edition collection of its iconic formulas wrapped in vibrant floral cases. The Colour Excess gel eyeliner is among the line-up and features its highly-pigmented, waterproof formula encased in a bloom-stamped tube with a coordinating polka dot lid.
