If we say "Easter", you say? Well, "eggs", of course - the kind wrapped up in foil and with chocolate shells that go "snap". To celebrate the day of chocolate, Selfridges Selection is working with The Chocolarder in Cornwall to create one that keeps everyone happy - animals included. The cocoa, sourced from the Gola Rainforest National Park in Sierra Leone and supporting both farmers and conservation projects, is roasted, stone ground and refined by the carbon-neutral chocolatier in Cornwall, and then infused with creamy oat milk and sugar from a green harvest project in Brazil.
