VIP Norway Arctic Cloudberry is a perfect blend of Organic Prosecco DOC & nutritious extract of wild Norwegian Cloudberries. This sparkling wine is refreshingly soft and fruity, with sweet hints of Cloudberry through to the finish. A bouquet of white flowers and fresh fruits open on the nose, thanks to the squeezing and filtering of the berries. Wonderful as an aperitif, and pairs perfectly with light dishes such as chicken, shellfish, mature cheeses and sweet creamy desserts like chocolate mousse. This isn’t the wine you’re used to; we’d recommend paying homage to its home by serving with plenty of ice.
