As founder of The Vampire’s Wife, Susie Cave’s take on femininity is that “the female form is inherently powerful”, and so each of her designs refuses to be masculinised, opting instead to be nipped in at the waist or flow to floaty hemlines. The Midnight Garden midi dress conforms to the former, cut from a bespoke wool-blend lamé that's topped with a square neckline and flecked with glittering threads throughout its silhouette. And the best bit? That signature frilly hem.
