That’s why we see the annual publication of our Gender Pay Gap Report as an opportunity to create an even better team member experience as we focus on progress made, our long-term goals and what we can do better.
It’s important for us to challenge ourselves every day, and while our results are moving in the right direction, there is more we can, should, and will be doing to encourage and enable opportunities for everyone at Selfridges.
