The musts for this Capovilla Grappa di Amarone come from the award-winning Amarone Dal Forno winery in Northern Italy. These musts are then distilled with great care to make these incredibly intense, beautiful grappas. A lengthy process, it can take up to 100kg of fruit to make just 2 litres of finished spirit.
