Biscuit: flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacinand thiamin), caster sugar, butter (milk, salt), golden syrup,egg, baking powder (acid calcium phosphate, sodiumhydrogen carbonate) and one of either: vanilla essence,cocoa powder or mixed spice.Icing: icing sugar, royal icing mix (maize starch, egg), foodcolours*Crunchy sugar: confectioner’s glaze, carnauba wax, foodcolours
Wherever possible we use natural and naturally derived colours (beetrootextract, carotene, red cabbage blue, paprika, caramelised sugar) but your biscuit collection may contain up to four of the following E129, E124,E122, E104, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102. *Our biscuits are also made in kitchens in which we also prepare lots of delicious things that include nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds.
