Bollinger’s enduring history is a testament to the refined flavour of its champagne. A legacy of the historic Aÿ estate, the Vieilles Vignes Françaises 2012 champagne originates from two unique Grand Cru parcels of land in the grounds of the Maison Bollinger. Fermented entirely in aged oak barrels, this cuvée boasts an aromatic complexity. Bubbling over with candied pear and cooked apricot on the nose, the palate unveils candied lemon zest and ginger.
