Explore Bordeaux's Right Bank and you’ll discover Pomerol, an area dominated by Merlot and a sprinkling of Cabernet Franc vines that grow on its gravelly soils. Both grapes are blended to create this bottle of Vieux Château Certan Grand Vin from 1998. Covering over 14 hectares, the domaine leaves the grapes to ferment in oak vats set at 28 degrees Celsius and are aged for up to 22 months before they’re bottled.
