With a distillery in the Herefordshire countryside to call home, it’s no wonder that Chase makes its liqueurs with ingredients from British hedgerows. This gin provides the perfect proof, as it gets its fresh and fruity flavour from gently macerating sloe berries and the all-but-forgotten mulberries in GB gin, before being aged in Rhône Valley red wine casks. To bring out the smoky notes, we’d recommend combining it with Campari and Rose Vermouth to make your own ‘sloegroni’.
