Mingaco's Daniela and Pablo grow their Moscatel, País and Cinsault varietals on just one hectare of land, but that small plot allows them to squeeze even more character from each grape. Putting quality first, the duo steers clear from commercial herbicides and pesticides so that the ground beneath the vines can flourish. The grapes are then harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast, outside, in modern fibreglass tanks. The result? A dry orange wine with a silky texture plus citrus and stone fruit notes.
