Located on the West Coast of Scotland surrounded by invigorating briny air, it harvests the natural salt from the sea by feeding droplets through a series of hand-checked channels that are exposed to the blustery breeze, helping it to evaporate without the need for excess energy (so it’s much better for the environment).
