Founded amidst the worldwide oil crisis of the 70s, where diesel was used an alternative fuel, Diesel perceived itself as an innovative alternative to other denim brands on the market and so borrowed its name from the eponymous gas. Since then, the brand has been providing the world with unique designs of jeans, such as the D-Fining style with a retro mid-rise fit, taking us back to the 70s where it all started, indigo-wash treatment and a tapered leg.
