This Single Vintage rum is a celebrated vintage in Diplomatico’s Prestige range for plenty of reasons. Crafted from a selection of rum reserves, it’s distilled in vintage copper pot stills and then aged in bourbon and single malt whisky casks for twelve years. That’s a long time for the flavours (coffee, chocolate and tobacco, to name a few) to develop, but it doesn’t stop there. It’s then finished in Oloroso sherry casks, where the fruity notes ripen on the nose.
