Discarded Spirits Co is on a mission to reverse needless waste in the spirits industry by using traditionally wasted ingredients to concoct exciting new drinks. The Discarded Grape Skin chardonnay vodka is exactly what it sounds like: it’s created by distilling all the ingredients that are leftover from the winemaking process, including stems, seeds and skins. The resulting tipple has a crisp aroma of green apples and a fruity palate bursting with pear, guava and starfruit.
