Billy Walker, Master Distiller of The GlenAllachie, is celebrating his 50th year in the industry. To mark the occasion, he’s releasing a covetable trio of limited-edition whiskies: Past, Present and Future. The Present edition is a 16-year-old single malt, aged in rare Japanese Mizunara casks, which imparts notes of sandalwood and cinnamon. Bursting with honey, cinnamon and fig syrup, this complex Scotch is a fitting tribute to a veteran of the spirits business.
