Based in the village of Berru, Champagnes Jacques Picard are somewhat unusual champagne house. Using Chardonnay rather than local favourite Pinot Noir for 85% of their blend, and reserve wines that are aged in a solera system, they make a champagne with a fresh, citrus taste and smooth texture.
