The Danish confectioner launched back in 2007 and specialises in liquorice – rumour has it, when the first shop opened the sweets sold out within two hours and even the sample bowl found a new home. Continuing to reinvent the classic treat, it coats pieces of carmel-like liquorice with milk chocolate blended with Deglat Nour dates and sea salt to create these Slow Crafted treats. If the legend is true, these won’t be around for long.
