A tribute to Ben Glover’s sister Kate, this Bob sauvignon blanc is a white wine with character. Made on the brand’s Marlborough estate, New Zealand, it’s a lean yet supple expression with aromas of white peach and melon on the nose, balanced with traditional citrus and tropical notes. On the palate there’s more floral hints in chewy white blossom, with a slight salinity to cut through. It’s best enjoyed in the summer, so pour a glass on the next sunny day.
