Paxton & Whitfield was first established as a London cheesemonger back in 1797, so the brand knows all there is about getting the most out of each variety on your platter. Crafted from 314 stainless steel with a smooth wooden handle, this cheese plane lets you cut thin, even slices of hard to semi-hard cheeses for crackers, toasties and sandwiches. The blade is made from one piece of metal to the end of the handle to improve the strength and leverage.
