This 2012 vintage champagne is made in honour of Sir Winston Churchill, Pol Roger's most illustrious devotee and customer. The composition of the blend is a closely guarded family secret. but the varietals include pinot noir and chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru vineyards that were already under vine during the Prime Minister’s lifetime. It's only ever made in the very best vintages, in a style which Churchill himself favoured: robust, mature and long-lived.
