After discovering the delights of saké in an inconspicuous New York bar, friends Hector and Matt became obsessed and began brewing their own batches from their Brooklyn apartment. Before long, they moved back home to London and founded Shima, feeling dutybound to introduce the UK to the popular Japanese drink. This plum and hibiscus blend is one of the canned cocktails the mixologist duo concocts. Expect a slightly tannic, bubbly tipple bursting with bright floral and zesty notes.
