A full flavoured and richly textured style of Chenin Blanc, this offers lots of honey, citrus and stone fruit characters, and will marry well with turkey, pork or fish dishes. FMC is one of South Africa's reverred icon wines and stands for Forrester Meinert Chenin, a collaboration between renowned winemakers Ken Forrester and Martin Meinert. Both of these gentlemen have a passion for Chenin and this wine shows it at its best - rich and layered with dried apricot, vanilla and honey. Always a favourite.
