Envínate is the brainchild of friends Laura Ramos, Jose Martínez, Roberto Santana, and Alfonso Torrente. It's also the producer behind the mouth-watering Lousas Vinas de Aldea. The bottle has been masterfully blended with Mencia grapes from 70-year-old vines which have undergone 18 days of maceration before being matured for 12 months in old French oak barrels. This complex wine is defined by flavours of wild strawberries, raspberries, fennel, anise, and aromatic herbs.
