Tucked away in the village of Gols by Lake Neusiedlersee in Burgenland, Claus Preisinger is revered as one of the most prolific natural wine producers in Austria. Starting his career some 20 years ago, Claus piqued his interest in viticulture at an early age, making wines with his father. Today, he bottles manually harvested, non-filtered and malolactic fermented expressions like the Ordinaire sparkling wine. Tinged with its signature rose hue, it's an effervescent fizz that bursts with a juicy profile.
