A single vineyard producer, Exton Park has called Hampshire home for over 10 years. Knowing that patience is the key to producing English sparkling wine, it carefully blends every bottle that leaves its winery from reserve wines it’s curated over the past decade. A celebration of Pinot Noir grapes, the RB 28 Blanc De Noirs is lightly golden in colour and marries citrus and fruit aromas alongside what the producer describes as “notes of freshly baked brioche”.
