Since 1932 Taittinger has been making champagnes with a focus on Chardonnay. Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blanc vintage champagne is Taittingers prestige Cuvée, the fruit is only sourced from the best vineyards in the Cotes de Blanc and 5% is barrel aged to give richness and weight to the palate. It is then left to age for almost ten years in the cellars where it takes on the elegant biscuity notes and tarte tatin aromas which make it a delight to drink.
