Felipe Camarena and his two sons have an undeniable passion for creating tequila. And their latest installation is Terralta, the fourth project to hail from these master distillers. Made El Pandillo distillery, they use a unique method central to the flavour profiles. Retrieved from water in a well 150 meters down in the earth, the Blanco delivers a deeply rich earthy and mineral profile. Peppery notes accompany cooked agave and finish with a lasting hit of citrus, tarragon, and mint.
