This Extra Añejo hails from Terralta – a family of passionate distillers creating unique tequilas in Jalisco’s soaring highlands. The spirit is enhanced by the red iron oxide rich soil in Los Altos and well water used to create the individual flavour profiles in production at El Pandillo. But what gives it this ‘extra’ quality? Well, it’s matured in casks that have aged añejo three times. As for the flavour, it’s agave-rich and intensified with well-balanced minerality and molasses.
