WhistlePig’s The Boss Hog VIII: LapuLapu’s Pacific is the latest addition to the Vermont-based distillery’s renowned series of whiskies. Crafted in honour of the legendary Filipino warrior LapuLapu, who opposed colonisation at the Battle of Mactan in 1521, this rare bottling is double-finished in aged Philippine rum casks. The result? Warm, enveloping layers of spice and a complex palate bursting with tropical fruit.
