Nicky Zimmermann’s forte? That’s easy: whimsical, frothy silhouettes, often strewn with an abundance of ruffles and bursting with blooms. But SS23 took a slightly different approach. Forgoing floor-length gowns, the designer opts for more utilitarian styles instead, pieces like the Laurel dress that can be cinched in with a belt. But still paying homage to the Australian designer's penchant for floral embroidery, it's stitched with delicate lace panels throughout.
