A classic super-premium spirit, this Kweichow Moutai expression is only made in the Guizhou Province. Distilled from Sorghum (a gluten-free cereal grain) with a malting technique similar to whiskey, it’s aged in earthenware pots to build an understated yet complex flavour. Sip it the traditional way, at room temperature, alongside dinner.
