Enjoyed across China for over 4,000 years, one thing’s for sure; Baijiu isn’t your typical tipple. A classic super-premium spirit, this Kweichow Moutai expression is only made in the Guizhou Province. Distilled from Sorghum (a gluten-free cereal grain) with a malting technique similar to whiskey, it’s aged in earthenware pots to build an understated yet complex flavour. Celebrating the Year of the Dog, it's one for sharing with friends to mark the rare and joyous occasion.
