You know why we look forwards to summer? Other than the obvious sunny weather and BBQs, of course, we like to refresh our footwear collection with Carvela’s holiday edit. These aptly named Sangria sandals are at the top of our wish list; trimmed with rope and stacked on a cork wedge, they can only be inspired by espadrille boat shoes – and the branded metallic plaques confirm. After all, they look just like the name plates on a ship’s hull.
